As HHC under our project " Skill Training Workshops" we have made up our mind in impowering our young generation to contribute in the fight against poverty and unemployment through the following Skill Trainings: 1. Digital Skills Training: Teach coding, graphic design, social media management, and other digital skills that can open up remote work opportunities. 2. Handicrafts & Artisan Workshops: Skills like tailoring, beadwork, or carpentry can help youth create products they can sell locally or even online. 3. Tech Entrepreneurship Bootcamp: Organize sessions focused on innovation, mobile app development, and business idea generation in the technology space. 4. Hackathons: Host tech-based problem-solving events to create apps or digital tools that address issues in the camp. 5. Peer-to-Peer Mentorship: Train youth leaders to mentor their peers in areas such as academics, career planning, and personal development. 6. Conflict Resolution & Peacebuilding Programs: Equip youth with skills to mediate conflicts, promote peace, and foster community cohesion. 7. Innovation Challenges: Host competitions where youth propose solutions to community challenges, fostering creativity and critical thinking. 8. Hackathons & Tech Innovation: Organize events where youth collaborate on tech solutions to local problems, promoting innovation and teamwork.
