With flexible funding support from our partner, we managed to roll out SRHR project which is a 3-month project that aims to equip adolescent girls (Age 13-25) with comprehensive knowledge about their reproductive anatomy, menstrual health and change during puberty. This project further aims at cultivating essential life skills to foster culture of inclusivity and gender equity to support adolescent girls to take control of their reproductive rights and contribute to positive change in their communities. In Q1 we managed to register 60 girls and 29 graduated. In addition to providing knowledge and mentorship support, we also supported 180 vulnerable adolescent girls with dignity kits (Soaps and sanitary pads) in solidarity to end period poverty among refugee and host communities’ girls.
