The P4T Vocational Skills Training (VST) Centre is a centre for Skills Development and Self-Reliance. The VST Program started in 2021 but the centre was opened in December 2024 as an alternative career path for Primary 7 and Senior 4 graduates and vulnerable youths in the community education levels. The Centre offers skills training (in carpentry, tailoring, hair-dressing, soap making, and videography), practical apprenticeship, business and entrepreneurship training, startup kits, and mentoring. Every 6 months, the centre graduates up to 100 youths from the centre.
