Vocational Training

Pro-Right for Refugees implemented a Leadership Transformation as Vocational Training project in Kalobeyei Settlement to empower refugees, particularly youth, women, and persons with disabilities, with practical skills and leadership values. The project combined vocational training with leadership development, focusing on integrity, accountability, teamwork, and service-oriented leadership. Participants received skills training linked to livelihoods while also learning conflict resolution, communication, and community engagement. Through mentorship and group activities, beneficiaries were supported to apply their skills for income generation and positive community leadership. The project strengthened self-reliance, increased employability, and nurtured responsible leaders committed to social cohesion and community development.
