TEENAGERS ARE ABLE TO MANAGE STRESS Project Eighty-two teenagers from Kakuma refugee camp were able to attend trainings where two qualified trainers gave teachings on stress management. We put the project beneficiaries into two gategories. Female teenagers including mothers and males participated in the trainings separately. During the trainings, the teachers taught the participants the symptoms and cause of stress before heading to ways or methods they can use to manage or prevent stress. The project lasted one month and two weeks. 3500 Ks were used during the project implementation. All participants were so happy with the trainings that they need other similar trainings.
