The Blossoms of Hope Initiative actively supports youth employment through tailored skills development and mentorship programmes. In 2024, we conducted workshops for 100 young people, equipping them with employability skills such as digital literacy, leadership, and entrepreneurship. Participants gained practical experience in crafting business plans, networking, and leveraging local resources to start small ventures. Through partnerships with local businesses, we facilitated internship placements, enabling hands-on learning and income generation. Several participants successfully launched businesses or secured jobs, fostering economic independence and contributing to community development. This initiative empowers youth to become self-reliant and active contributors to society.
