Last year, CAN in partnership with YSAT, implemented a three months project entitled, Enhancing Improved Nutrition and Shade In Imvepi Refugee Settlement, Under this project, we managed to reach out to 100 households and engaged 80 refugees and 15 nations to plant household trees, setting of kitchen gardens as well as participate in waste management within Imvepi Refugee settlement. the primary goal of the project was to improve nutrition, greening the environment as well as manage solid waste at the market of Imvepi Refugee settlement.
