Program overview The "Community Based Empowerment "(CBE), Program approach promoting by OAF is a groundbreaking initiative designed to empower women, girls, men and marginalized people through entrepreneurship/ microenterprise development and growth, skills development, Community Green Skills Hubs, financial inclusion and mentorship to train qualified Entrepreneurs and lead Agricultural projects. This program aligns with the OAF mission, vision and goal of the foundation aiming to provide economic independence for rural and refugee communities through skills development, eco-entrepreneurship. The program equips women, girls, men and marginalized people with the knowledge, skills, resources and tools needed to establish micro enterprise, Small Businesses to Small Medium Enterprises and Agri entrepreneurs. Objective: Creating qualified Green Entrepreneurs and sustainable rural and refugee communities. The "Community Based Empowerment" program enables women, girls, men and marginalized people to become economically independent, strong and self-oriented leaders of change. Through hands- on training and resources, participants learn to manage " Community Based Empowerment" (CBE) as viable eco-enterprises, driving environmental and economic benefits in their families and in their communities.
