Project: Early Childhood Education Initiative in Kakuma Refugee Camp We implemented an Early Childhood Education Initiative in Kakuma Refugee Camp, focusing on children aged 9 and younger. The project provided structured learning programs integrating literacy, numeracy, and social-emotional skills, ensuring a strong educational foundation. Through collaboration with local educators and parents, we trained 50+ teachers and engaged 500+ children in interactive, child-centered learning activities. We also conducted parental workshops to enhance home-based learning support. The project significantly improved school readiness and community involvement, fostering a sustainable learning culture. We aim to scale the program to reach more children and strengthen long-term educational outcomes.
