About TIMES CENTER FOR VOCATIONAL TRAINING AND REHABILITATION

The Times Center for Vocational Training and Rehabilitation (TCVTR), founded in 2021, empowers marginalized communities in Chad especially refugees and displaced youth through practical education and skills training. Our mission is to bridge the gap between potential and opportunity by equipping youth with tools to build better future. We offer training in computer skills, language learning, professional development (design, marketing, entrepreneurship), and hands-on creative skills like sewing and woodworking. TCVTR fosters leadership, confidence, and community, aiming to become a leading hub in West Africa for transforming marginalized talent into skilled professionals who drive inclusive, sustainable development.

Empowering marginalized communities by bridging strategy and skill through professional training, leadership development, and digital literacy. We foster growth and equity.
To be West Africa’s leading hub for professional growth, empowering marginalized communities through leadership, digital, and vocational training for transformative impact.
