Menstrual Hygiene Management(HMH) is a crucial aspect of women's reproductive health and well-being. This project aims to improve menstrual hygiene practices and conditions for women and girls by creating awareness in all refugee settlements and host communities, leading to increased health, dignity, and empowerment. in the aspect of community building, we carried out sensitization to raise awareness about menstrual hygiene management, breaking the silence and addressing social norms and taboos surrounding menstruation. Creating MHM clubs in both schools, refugees, and host communities to educate women, girls, boys, and men about menstrual health, reproductive anatomy, and the importance of proper hygiene practices. Also ensuring the availability and accessibility of affordable, safe, and environmentally friendly menstrual hygiene products including sanitary pads, shaving bic, pants, and soap. In the area of capacity building for soap making, shoe and bag making, hairdressing and barbering saloon, and ice cream production. these provide some sense of belonging and the ability to provide for their family and community.
