The NLDA's agricultural project aims to improve food security and livelihoods in the community. It involves treating garbage to create organic fertilizers for kitchen gardens, where vegetables such as cabbages, eggplants, and spinach are grown. In addition, the NLDA engages in agri-business by cultivating crops like groundnuts, maize, beans, and soybeans. Livestock raising, including goats, poultry, and piggery, is also a key component. The organization uses an automatic block machine to produce affordable construction blocks, supporting sustainable development and providing opportunities for low-income families to access building materials at reduced costs.
