RAI implemented the Learning through Education and Access to Employment Pathways (LEAP) project in partnership with WUSC-EUMC in Kakuma. LEAP provided comprehensive digital entrepreneurship training to young women and girls (18 to 35 years) from the host communities, enabling them to earn a living online. The project also nurtured participants via mentorship and integrated gender-responsive approaches that addressed GBV through community workshops and personalized counseling services. Equipping these young women and girls with market-relevant skills and holistic support enhanced their access to economic opportunities online and empowered them to overcome socio-cultural challenges in accessing digital employment.
